Exciting news?

I have been approached by a local business to discuss a upcoming campaign they are thinking of running and have asked me to go along for a chat, with some of my designs. Won't say too much now as don't want to jinx anything...watch this space!

Second web order!

Like buses...wait ages for one then two come along together. The request was for a 70th birthday card for the customers sprightly mum - still playing tennis and putting us all to shame. She was really happy with the card and her mums tennis friends have all made lovely positive remarks too.

The results

The web order I got turned out really well. The customer was so please, she almost cried. Such a lovely lady and nice reaction. She has asked me to make more cards for milestone birthdays later in the year which is lovely.

Anyway, here is what I made. She asked for lillies and also a card for her dad to give to her mum, also floral. This is what I came up with....

Very chuffed!

I am a happy bunny today because I got my first order from my website this weekend. And the lady wants tw cards from me for her mum's 90th birthday. Its nice to know someone has liked your work enough to contact you for a commission for someone they love. Will post a pic when I have done the cards.

I had a play with a digi stamp I bought, I think from Just Inklined...and came up with this anniversary card.

Valentines Day

For the first time I will be starting my fairs around valentines day, which means I have to make cards for the ocassion!

I was a bit stumped at first, but decided to keep things nice and simple. Heres what I have come up with so far.

New Year New design!

I thought it was time to get rid of the Chrimbo background and have somthing fresh for the new year, hope you like it!

Well back to work for the first time after xmas today, bit of a drag and not happy to be there at all! And also time to get cracking on some new designs for the upcoming craft season...will post pictures when I have something to show!
